Three Oaks cottages are uniquely decorated and exceptionally clean.   The cottages are all LAKEFRONT, most with PANORAMIC views.  They have complete kitchenettes with all appliances , and are fully furnished including:  satellite TV, air conditioning / heat, linens and bath towels. Each cabin has a picnic table and charcoal grill.  The cottages are all smoke-free.  Pets with prior approval.

We take WEEKLY reservations in the summer, unless there are last minute openings.

Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.

FALL & SPRING rates are 20% off the daily rate.

*Each additional person is $7/day, $40 per week              Check in is 3:00 pm, Check out is 9:00 am.         

 PLEASE NOTE:   The cottages and all facilities of Three Oaks Resort are for the exclusive use of our
registered guests only. Visitors from the area, other resorts, or campgrounds will be asked to leave.   

Guests who exceed the maximum allowable occupancy number for any cottage  will be asked to leave without refund

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
A Deposit of $150 is required with each cottage rental, balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation of your reservation and refund of your deposit, less a $25 service charge will be refunded only if the cottage is re-rented for the entire reserved period. No refunds for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, early departure, holiday weekends or inclement weather. TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE DAYS YOU RESERVE.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL
A $50 deposit is required for daily rental reservations, $150 for weekly reservations.
