PLEASE NOTE: The cottages and all facilities of the Three Oaks Resort are for the exclusive use of our registered guests only. Visitors from other resorts or campgrounds will be asked to leave unless approved in advance by management.
Guests who exceed the maximum allowable occupancy number for any cottage will be asked to leave without a refund.
Pet Policy
Due to past problems and at the risk of losing longtime customers we are implementing a NO PET policy with the exception of our cottage #11 with prior approval and a $100 damage deposit and an additional charge of $15 daily per pet.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy
A Deposit of $150 is required with each cottage rental, balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation of your reservation and refund of your deposit, less a $25 service charge will be refunded only if the cottage is re-rented for the entire reserved period. No refunds for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, early departure, holiday weekends or inclement weather. TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE DAYS YOU RESERVE.
Equipment Rental
A $50 deposit is required for daily rental reservations, $150 for weekly reservations.
